Key Responsibilities

  • Support the LMS Manager and Head of Education in monitoring, updating and maintaining Learning Management System content to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Oversee the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process for internal HCA onboarding and refresher online modules.
  • Develop master courses and assessments within the LMS ensuring content remains current as per directives.
  • Explore LMS functionalities and contribute insights for assessment and quiz creation to meet organizational requisites.
  • Analyze and interpret LMS data to discern trends, manage Quality Assurance (QA) processes and track improvement requests.
  • Coordinate LMS training and offer support to administrators, managers and users.
  • Provide proactive support and troubleshooting for users, develop user guides and collaborate on process enhancements.
  • Interface with the LMS supplier, participate in meetings and assist Learning Designers in content development.
  • Explore emerging online learning tools and industry trends to enrich offerings.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities with existing clients.
